We believe nature has provided solutions to contemporary challenges associated with sustainable and profitable agriculture. Our team identifies naturally occurring nanotechnology and simulates it in the laboratory, which is then supplied to the soil to improve productivity, reduce fertilizer and water use, and improve yield.
Founded in August 2022 by a team of researchers at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, who identified a natural nanomineral found to enhance crop growth, reduce fertilizer loss and improve soil water holding capacity.
The team consists of Dr. Arindam Malakar, Co-founder. Malakar holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry, and his research focus is on nanogeosciences and critical zone sciences. Dr. Chittaranjan Ray, Co-founder. Ray, a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, research focuses on water management and has developed viable technology for riverbank filtration. Dr. Daniel D. Snow, Co-founder, holds a Ph.D. in Geochemistry and provides analytical and technical support to the company.
The motto of our company is "rethinking soil," our product is created by understanding how natural nanotechnology works and improves soil productivity. We then make the same nanotechnology in the laboratory and simulate the enhanced functioning of soil by adding it as a soil nanoamendment.
